PechaKucha 20x20 is a simple presentation format where speakers show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. The images advance automatically and they share their thoughts along to the images.

Speakers for this event:
Sian Davey - is a photographer based in the South West of England.
Sian’s background is in Fine Art and Social Policy. Her professional work is in psychotherapy and photography.
Sian is currently studying for an MFA in photography at Plymouth University with Jem Southam and David Chandler.
Tim Mills - is the Project Coordinator of the Plymouth History Festival at the Plymouth City Museum & Art Gallery and he holds an Associate Lecturer position at Plymouth University working with Media Arts.
His current photographic research and practice is concerned with the South West of England - and specifically Plymouth - as a point of departure and the historical and contemporary relationships with the Americas.
Nicky Woods - is a rural and travel documentary photographer based in West Dorset. She is currently studying an FdA in Photography and Digtial Arts at Exeter College and plans to do her final year at university.
Dr.Alice Mills - has a background is in Astrophysics research but completed a lot of outreach during her PhD, trying to engage more young people with Physics. She became very passionate about strengthening links between Universities and local schools, and sharing the exciting cutting-edge research and resources of Universities with the local community
Jessica Lennan - is a photographer living and working in Berlin and the South West of England. She is an associate Lecturer in Photography at Plymouth University and also a founding member of Dodo Photo in Exeter.
Robert Darch - lives and work in the South West of England where he is currently studying for a Masters in Photography and the Book at Plymouth University.
He also set up and runs Macula, a collective for young photographers.
Phil Wickham - curator of The Bill Douglas Cinema Museum, which is home to one of the largest collections of material relating to the moving image in Britain.
Stefka Mueller - Stefka Mueller completed her MA in Photography and the Book at Plymouth University. She has since been once of the founding members of Dodo Photo in Exeter and is interning with Mack Books in London.
Daniella Golden and Jazz Moffat: are members of Macula Collective, a community of young photographers based in the South West of England. They will both be displaying work inclusive of the Macula Group show.
Josie Elt: Is a photographer who specialises in alternative and forgotten processes. Using homemade and DIY techniques.
